We open the mould in-house, or match the closest stock tooling to keep tooling cost at zero.
A production sample in your colour and logo — approved in writing before mass production.
Based in Yongkang, Zhejiang — the town that supplies a large share of the world's stainless steel drinkware — we produce vacuum-insulated tumblers, car cups, sports bottles, coffee mugs, stemless wine tumblers and ice jugs for importers, brands and promotional distributors.
Ten product families run on stock tooling, so a first order can start without a mould investment. Orders are produced to your colour, lid, logo and packaging from 500 pcs per colour, shipped FOB Ningbo or Shanghai. Every program begins with a physical sample you approve, and every batch is checked for vacuum, leakage and coating adhesion before it is packed.

OEM production typically starts at 500 pcs per colour, and the exact minimum depends on the model, the colour and the packaging you choose. Stock-colour orders with logo only can start lower — ask your sales contact for the current minimum on the model you need.
Sample cost and lead time are confirmed in writing with your quotation, because they depend on whether the body is stock, whether the colour is new, and which decoration method is used. You approve a sample before mass production starts.
Payment terms are agreed in writing with the quotation and order confirmation. FOB Ningbo / Shanghai is standard; EXW, CFR and CIF are available on request. We pack to your shipping marks and prepare the packing list, invoice and certificate of origin for your forwarder.
Production lead time is confirmed in writing with your order and depends on the model, the quantity, the colour and the decoration method. Repeat orders on stock colours run faster than a program that needs a new mould.
Stock colours are available as they are. Any other colour is matched from your Pantone reference with powder coating or spray, and logos can be printed, engraved or transferred in a second colour.
Send the model, quantity, colours, branding and destination port. You get FOB pricing, MOQ, carton specs and lead time in writing — usually within one working day.
