Most private-label drinkware problems are not the cup — they are colour drift, lid fit, packaging specs and documentation. We build the order so all four are settled before production starts.
Produce from our existing family tooling to keep tooling cost near zero, or open a new mould for a shape you want to own.
We accept AI, PDF, EPS or high-resolution PNG, and confirm print areas, minimum line weights and colour separations before sampling.
Powder coating, spray paint and gradient finishes matched to Pantone references, with a physical sample for approval.
Straws, flip lids, magnetic lids, handles, silicone sleeves and base mats — selected or tooled to your requirement.
Colour box, gift box, shrink wrap, hang tag, barcode, shipping mark and palletising instructions.
Packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and inspection records prepared for your market's requirements.
Simple one-colour logos are cheapest with silk screen. Full-colour designs usually go heat transfer or sublimation. Marks that must survive industrial washing go laser. We will tell you honestly which method fits your artwork.

OEM production typically starts at 3,000 pcs per colour, and the exact minimum depends on the model, the colour and the packaging you choose. Stock-colour orders with logo only can start lower — ask your sales contact with the model you have in mind.
Yes. Send a drawing, a photo or a physical sample and we will confirm tooling cost and unit price for a new mould, or tell you which existing mould is closest. Many programs start from our stock tooling and move to a dedicated mould once volumes justify it.
Vector artwork — AI, PDF or EPS — or a 300 dpi PNG if vector is not available. Please also send the Pantone reference for brand colours and the logo size you want in millimetres.
Sample cost and lead time are confirmed in writing with your quotation, because they depend on whether the body is stock, whether the colour is new, and which decoration method is used. You approve a physical sample before mass production.
